Oxford's first Community Strategy “Building a city where everyone is valued” was published in 2004. The Community Strategy focuses on five key themes:
- A Vibrant & Inclusive Economy
- Safer Communities
- A Better Living Environment
- Opportunities for Life
- Active & Healthy Communities
The Community Strategy is available to view or download in various sections. A limited number of hard copies are available – please get in touch if you'd like one sent to you.

The Partnership will refresh the Community Strategy through the publication of the Sustainable Community Strategy in early 2008.
